While working in the healing arts since 2006, she obtained licenses in esthetics and massage therapy in the states of Hawaii and California. Some of her structured training includes: Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pohaku Hot Stone, Prenatal, Postpartum, Sports, Grief, Oncology, Polarity, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Maori Deep Tissue techniques and Relaxation.
Currently Bernadette resides in Kula, with her awesome son, Sage. She is a dual-citizen of Italy and lived in Florence with her son while studying the language. She is in the office Mondays 9-5, Wednesdays 9-5 and Fridays 8:30-1:30.

Lani is trained in Muscular Massage Therapy, Orthopedic, Hamo/Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal and Postpartum massage, and is an Infant Massage Parent Educator. She has life long experience in therapeutic touch and has been a Hawai’i licensed massage therapist since 2012. Lani joined Studio Chiropractic/ Studio Health team in 2014 with a focus on prenatal/ postpartum massage and deep tissue rehabilitative massage. Her professional focus is to leave the body in a more liberated and relaxed state through intuitive awareness and specified attention to the entire length of the tension line. She continues to be honored to work with the Studio team of restorative health care professionals that are dedicated to advanced patient centered specialized treatments to create a more well rounded modern medical paradigm.
Sid Lewis

Sid Lewis has been a practicing massage therapy professional since 2006. As part of his practice and philosophy, he strives to both educate and heal his patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
His approach is a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and ashiatsu. He focuses on the anatomy, moving muscles from their origin to insertion point on the bones. This is what creates a thorough clinical and healing massage.

She uses techniques from various modalities including Lomi Lomi, Myofascial release, Thai massage, Swedish, Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue, Etc. Elizabeth attended the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage, and then went on to study Lomi Lomi at Ho’omana Spa Maui. Mainly influenced by the Lomi tradition, her style of massage blends nurturing touch with therapeutically effective body work. Deep tissue, Swedish, hapai (pregnancy) massage, Reiki, and hot stone are all part of her training. She is passionate about offering this work within the community that is so dear to her heart. She is currently accepting health insurance, so that more Maui residents will have access to quality services.
In addition to massage therapy, Elizabeth is an Evolutionary Astrologer. She offers readings that support individuals in healing, and choosing life paths that align with their soul intentions.
In her free time Elizabeth enjoys hiking, gardening, beekeeping with her Sweetheart, and spending time with her family.
