Jenna brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, dance, and hands-on healing to her work as a physical therapist. She blends movement, mindfulness, and manual therapy to create a truly personalized approach to care. Jenna believes healing happens when we slow down, tune in, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.
Specialties include:
- TMJ support: gentle, effective care for clenching, grinding, jaw clicking or popping, headaches, and that stubborn feeling of ear pain or fullness
- Perimenopause & menopause support: helping you add resistance training safely, understand new aches and pains as part of hormonal shifts (not “just getting older”), and nurture bone and muscle health through every stage
- Chronic pain & recurring injuries: especially neck, back, and shoulder pain that hasn’t fully resolved — together, we’ll find a new way forward
- Pre- and post-surgical recovery: restoring strength, mobility, and confidence after surgery
- Craniosacral therapy: a gentle, hands-on approach to calm the nervous system and support whole-body balance
